Northwest Pathways Foundation is a dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use disorders. We provide street-level outreach that delivers essential supplies and connects individuals to emergency shelter, healthcare, mental health services, and treatment programs.
Our goal is to reduce barriers to care and help people take real steps toward stability, recovery, and long-term housing.

We operate a mobile, street-level outreach model focused on immediate needs and long-term connection.
We provide:
Food and bottled water
Hygiene kits and essential supplies
Warm clothing and survival items
Direct referrals to shelters and housing services
Connections to detox, treatment, and recovery programs
Navigation support for local services and resources

Our team meets individuals where they are, builds consistent relationships, and connects them to existing support systems in King County. We focus on dignity, respect, and practical action—not judgment.
